POSITION TITLE: Customer Assurance

REPORTS TO: Quality Supervisor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and evaluate processes, parts and procedures to assure products meet or exceed quality standards. Assist in quality improvement and problem solving as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND BASIC
High School Diploma or GED
Math Level 2
Minimum of three (3) months experience as a Functional Tester, Assembly Utility, Assembly Repair or Assembly Process Tech.
Must pass a Customer Assurance Test.
Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
Must be able to read and write.
Ability to operate a CRT.
Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
Must be able to use and communicate Quality Standards such as appearance zones, discrepant material, etc. to associates.
