Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Attend to phone enquiries / trouble shooting / demo  and arrange service appointments via phone
• Handle 1st level customer complaints and follow ups
• Liaise with tech & service dept on follow ups/ pending  parts & workshop repairs
• Clear emails & faxes with follow ups, clear phone messages with follow ups, follow up with reject service jobs to
• provide leads to Sales team to help in retaining existing client
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, Coordinate paper work on 1-1 exchange, update warranty cards

Minimum Qualification
