Your Role


- Typically vocationally qualified but has limited work experience

- Will be assigned tasks and work following established procedures; uses existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems

- Developing skills in basic practices and procedures in one area through formal training

- Able to apply basic technical skills together with business knowledge to own work; handles a single task

Interpersonal Skills

- Works co-cooperatively with others to achieve team goals

A Typical Day

Handling daily incoming emails from customers
Liaising with technicians to resolve customers’ issues
Following up with customers after technicians had attended onsite
Assists with front counter service when there is an influx of customers.

Core Competencies

- Liaising with customers daily and work with internal departments to resolve customers’ concerns

Who You Are

- Positive, Open, Customer Focused, A team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- At least 1 year experience in Contact Center Environment
