You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.

Mission:Manage all the customer service activities aiming to excellent customer experience

Key Operational Responsibilities:
·  Order & Return handling and fulfillment
o Daily check and monitor order status in SAP
o Order release to delivery booking
o Manual order
o Unblock order (Credit,  repricing, etc.)
o Manage customer returns/refusal and related Credit Notes
·  Customer Interactions
o Manage customer interaction to ensure optimized service level (CTI)
o Escalate and feedback on various issues/ problems (stock out, phase in phase out, logistic, etc.)
·  Sales Support
o Cooperate with KAM / sales rep to ensure efficient order flow
o Upselling initiatives (agreed with Sales Manager)
·  Teamwork
o Work as part of a team towards meeting ad achieving individual, team and department objectives

Qualifications:
·  Previous experience in similar role (preferably in Consumer goods or FMCG)
·  Ability in using Office Software and SAP application
·  Positive attitude in customer relations and business acumen
·  Result oriented, focused on targets and KPIs
·  A real team player, able to build solid relationship with all the stakeholders
·  Good English level
·  Continuous improvement mindset and approach
