We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Demand Planning specialist who is willing to go a level up and to support in managing customer service and demand planning activities for the whole CEE cluster. 
Area of responsibility: Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Baltics, Ukraine, and Caucasus countries, Russia and CIS countries, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Greece and Adriatic countries)

Mission
•Drives improvements in customer service area, being an expert in customer service processes and experienced SAP ECC user
•Aligns SAP solution to business needs, and to adopt new processes and best practises from KUG into cluster sales environment

Responsibilities
•Owns customer service cluster process and provides both training on processes and process enhancements promoting best use of available systems and tools
•Answers “how to” questions from the local users and resolves process and simple problems using own knowledge and supplemented by support documentation
•Communication channel between Business and SAP Support Team and Customer Service KUG Lead
•Shares and adopts best practises across countries, supports reduction of manual work and promotes automatic and add value activities
•Tests and rolls out new system enhancements and procedures in his cluster where applicable
•Cross functional collaboration with other departments within cluster
•Performs the more complex scenarios, transactions and processes in local customer service team

Language: English, Polish or any other CEE language is a plus
