Reports to – Sales Operations Manager

Your Role

Daily processing of customers orders and returns from end-to-end while ensuring a close follow-up with our 3PL in order to ensure a best in class service to our customers.
The jobholder is playing a key role of coordination between Customers, Key account managers, 3PL and customers.

A Typical Day

Manage the incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Review and verify orders information’s and shipping instructions to ensure 100% accuracy.
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Link with 3PL for outbound order execution.
Link with 3PL for returns order execution
Track and manage the recovery of proof of deliveries from 3PL.
Conduct the delivery operations to all customers while ensuring a best in class service.
Maintain daily production and communication of Sales report.
Archive Sales transactions and returns documents as per the Electrolux guidelines.

Who You Are

1 year Customer Service, and or Order Processing Services related experience.
Arabic- French (Very good written and Spoken)

Must have strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
The ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and work effectively in a team environment.
The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously to effectively meet required deadlines.
Experience with SAP a plus.
