A typical day at work
As the first line of contact for our B2B (business-to-business) customers when they need us the most, you will be providing invaluable service to get them through the day. With the phone and email as your main tools of delivering outstanding service, you will be taking care of sales orders, handling enquiries, managing reclamations and providing product information. Products ranging from dishwashers and dry tumblers to coffee machines and toasters will be your line of expertise when our customers look for guidance.
Working in the Contact Center you’ll become part of a tight team with strong team spirit. And if there is an issue where you are asked to help, you’ll work together with your colleagues to resolve it. For you, what is most important is not who owns the task, but how we can improve the experience of our customers and consumers!

Education & experience
• “Handelsassistent med specialet salg” or similar education
• Previous experience with customer contact, preferably in similar position
• Good knowledge of digital tools such as Office 365
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral
• Previous experience working with SAP
Electrolux Home Products Denmark markets, sells and services white goods, vacuum cleaners and small electrical appliances. Our brands are Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi & VOSS. We have a nice bright office on Strevelinsvej in Fredericia - right by the motorway exit and with a view of the Little Belt Bridge. We are 108 employees of which approx. 70 have a workplace in the office.
