We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist

Objective: To meet customer needs and create best in class experience related to order management processes

Customer Service Specialist – 70%

Main responsibilities:

Process in SAP different types of orders (replenishment, consignments, EDI, B2B, stock transfer orders, direct deliveries) and administrate in a proactive way order backlog and deliveries for allocated customers
Respond to customers inquiry on different order management topics (product availability, order status, deliveries) and facilitate resolution in an timely manner
Prepare different reports according to customer needs – open orders, sales, stock reports
Process and follow up on claims such as price corrections, commercial returns, consumer returns refusals and returns due to damage, wrong deliveries etc
Tracking deliveries for allocated customers (checking with logistics in case of delays, wrong deliveries) and booking delivery slots at customers
Check availability of products and communicate with Demand Planning Specialist regarding any missing stock vs. orders
Follow credit policy and process customer orders according to credit policy
Communicate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, Planning, Logistics, IT/Tools Suport etc
Support additional ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned, related to customer service processes

Office Administrator – 30%

Main responsibilities:

Perform front office administrative tasks for the Bucharest division
Welcoming and directing visitors
Procurement and management of office supplies and assets
Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
Manage and archive business documents
Support staff with booking meetings or different scheduling
Manage courier deliveries

Minimum Qualification

Competencies & Skills:
•           At least 1+ years of job experience in the order management/sales administration/ planning
•           College or University degree
•           Good MS office knowledge (Excel)
•           SAP SD experience
•           EDI experience would be a plus
•           Proactive, flexible, precise, attention to details
•           Good communicator and team worker
•           Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving attitude
•           English – at least Intermediate
