Role Objective:
Owner of the Order to Cash flow and the Service Level of the Distributor Market across MEA with creating strong relationships with the distributors TO BE THE PREFERED PARTNER.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
• Issue Proforma invoice, purchase orders and actively follow up with demand/supply/ transport planning teams in different locations proactively to make the goods available to be picked up on promised time and organize the shipment 
• Send weekly Open order reports to the customers 
• Organize preshipment inspections &bookings of the shipments
• Owner of customer complaints/requests until it is resolved with the customer and take corrective actions internally
• Drive S&OP weekly meetings with the sales/product teams
• A key driver of the “delivery precision“ & “trade survey results “ KPIs
• Take initiative to drive continuous improvement projects
• A key driver of maintaining the NOWC in the most effective way at minimum cash flow costs with proactively booking the shipments to remove the stock from the warehouse
• Invoicing as per to the committed business call of the month

Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities:

• Managing the documentation for customs clearance (packing list, B/L, COC, COO, Legalization of docs. etc)
• Providing shipping Instructions to carriers for B/L issue.
• Management of the Customer Requirement or as per Letter of Credit instructions.

Competencies needed:
• 1-2 years’ experience  in the customer service department 
• Knowledge of SAP 
• Knowledge of Export Business
• Familiar with L/C and Incoterms
• Familiar with shipping documents
• Logistics knowledge
• Advanced computer software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables)
• Ability to work across different functions (Sales, Supply chain, marketing)
