We are looking for a Customs Manager (temporary contract) to take care about efficient delivery of our products from the European plants to our warehouse in Moscow, being part of our Logistics team, which is based in Moscow, Russian Federation. Together we always improve and create better experiences to provide the most effective cooperation with our suppliers across Europe as well as our customers across Russian Federation and CIS countries. 

A typical day at work:

Your main responsibility within a team would be to coordinate internal and external customers, suppliers, transport team and customs brokers to ensure smooth inbound operations for direct deliveries and replenishment to warehouse. You would lead the team of 2 employees, thus coordinating classification of goods and spare parts, controlling shipping documents for smooth international transportation and customs clearance, ensuring proper reporting related to customs operations in SAP and other tools, making budget for customs operations and duties. You would be responsible for communication with Customs authorities, answering their claims and defending the rights of our company.  Among all the tasks you would also drive projects and continuous improvements regarding Customs area.

Minimum Qualification

  • Higher education in Сustoms / Logistics / Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of Customs background in international company.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the sphere.
  • In-depth knowledge of Russian customs rules, procedures and requirements.
  • Experience working with SAP.


Required languages:

  • Native Russian.
  • Fluent English.
