You will be based in Porcia (PN) site where around 2000 people daily contribute to our purpose. Here we produce cutting-edge washing machines and reinvent every day how to better take care of our clothes in millions of homes across the globe. 

We are now looking for a D2C Distribution Specialist to join our Logistics team reporting to the Key Supplier Manager.

In this role you will lead the operational relationship with Logistics supplier on D2C distribution, quality areas as well as with overseas’s Sales Division.

It will be part of your scope to gather key information from the market and Sales operation areas for proper decision making.

You will gain a wide exposure inside sales operation world, with the opportunity to travel across different cities in Italy.

 

Your main tasks:

•Manage and develop Logistics Suppliers ensuring D2C operational excellence according to the required service and cost level. Daily contact to KSM and Electrolux Contact Center.

•Performance (NPS) follow-up and KPI reviews and costs following the established processes.

•Monitoring the volume to be delivered as well as advisory role to internal organization.

•Ensure an up-to-date knowledge of local market and trade rules while having an expert insight of our system

•Ensure customer needs (from Sales) are turned into service level agreement for the Supplier

•Coordinate daily loading container composition, invoicing and shipping instruction activities

•Manage logistics dashboards

 

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’/Master’s degree in (Management Engineering, Economic & Management, Supply Chain Management) or High School Diploma required.

•Min 3 years’ experience on similar position

•Knowledge and experience of SAP, OTM, POWER BI and excel/word/power-point programs

•Knowledge in logistics area is desirable

 

Required languages:

•Fluent English is required and Italian is an advantage
