In our development and factory site in Rothenburg o. d. Tauber, a team of more than 1000 colleagues covers manufacturing of high end ovens and cooktops and all engineering fields in R&D, quality, industrial engineering and automation. Around 20 nationalities work together in a highly modern, creative and diverse environment.

Demand Flow Specialist (m/f/d)

The overall objective of the demand flow specialist is to ensure that we improve and establish the most efficient demand flow processes through the total flow of consumables, accessories and spare parts in Europe and Asia to our big retailers as well as to the local RDC’s.

Daily work

In this role you initiate, drive and implement process improvement for projects and activities that contribute to central objectives in the demand flow. You will investigate and control our key customers by creating a quarterly P&L analysis, collect, control, distribute and invoice on a monthly base all consumables and accessories warehousing cost and ensure launch- forecast- and delivery accuracy. You will ensure a high service level to all European Sales Companies as well as to our main customers where we organize direct shipments and make sure to meet all logistic needs for our key customers. Daily management of administrative issues with IT help-desk, Warehouse people, Sales Companies and internal reports will complete your tasks.

Qualification & Experience

• Broad and solid supply chain experience (5-7 years) in functions as: LCC ordering, overall   logistic experience in: ordering, warehousing, controlling, dispatching and custom issues. 
• High business understanding, flexibility, strong inter-personal skills and ability to meet ambitious targets under time pressure 
• Team player with ability to interface with all Consumables and Accessories functions, European Small Appliances Sales Divisions and suppliers
• Service minded and customer focused
• Analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• Good German and English language skills
