The Systems Lead is a key role within the S&OP team and will be responsible for managing and administrating the organization’s demand planning systems and user interface.  The ideal Candidate will have experience in demand planning, system administration, and be able to create and support the organization with business analyses, system maintenance, and business recommendations.  Additionally, this role will provide leadership of projects for S&OP

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and administrate, day to day activities of the SAS Platform 
  • Prepare, report, and communicate forecast measurements to management 
  • Support Executive S&OP process by establishing and maintaining system “Lock” calendar to maintain enterprise forecast system in alignment with executive review process
  • Establish and monitor forecast error alerts to drive corrective actions
  • Remain current on statistical methods and developments in the field of Demand Planning and their potential application to improving processes
  • Promote and optimize teamwork: clearly articulate the linkages between roles and set the context for success for planning teams
  • Ensure ongoing training and development of individuals to building organization capability as well as employee work satisfaction
  • Lead and execute implementation of SAP with planning environments
  • Communicate with senior management on a regular basis providing recommendations and updates on projects that further the quality of planning
  • Plan demand from a channel perspective for one or more US Sales Channels
  • Plan demand and assess risk & opportunities at a product family and sub-family level
  • Facilitate the demand planning review process.

Minimum Qualification

  • 5 plus years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, or business analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management 
  • MBA preferred 
  • Completion of courses in probability, regression, linear models and time series, or business statistics preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SaS DDPO system preferred
