In our development and factory site in Rothenburg o. d. Tauber, a team of more than 1000 colleagues covers manufacturing of high-end ovens and cooktops and all engineering fields in R&D, quality, industrial engineering and automation. Around 20 nationalities work together in a highly modern, creative and diverse environment.

Our global business sector Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances support consumers to achieve a home environment they can thrive in. This requires a most efficient demand flow process throughout the entire value chain for spare parts and Consumables and Accessories on a global level. The overall objective is to lead the team to optimize our operations, source for regional needs, drive logistics and warehousing and evolve market dynamics. 

Daily work

In your role as Demand & Supply Planning / Logistics Manager for Consumables and Accessories (C&A) and Spareparts, you will have the overall responsibility for purchasing, inbound and outbound transportation. You will also manage and be responsible for warehousing, operations & inventory management. You will lead a team of seven people in Rothenburg o.d. Tauber and be the functional manager for our sourcing team located in Shanghai. On a daily basis, you build a strong collaboration with regional product lines, the C&A category team, logistic operations and sales units.

Qualification & Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations / logistics / sourcing
• Academic degree in business and/or technical field
• Excellent people management skills
• Experience from the same business, direct sales operations is a plus  
• Strong experience in setting business strategy and project management
• Very good German and English language skills
