In your role as Design Lead – Taste Experience, you are setting the Design agenda for the Consumer Experience Area Taste. You are leading others through the delivery of great design and are responsible for the output for a portfolio of solutions from small to large complexities. You are responsible for elevating the functional capabilities, framing the end-to-end user experience and supporting the professional development of the team members.
You have the confidence and the ability to offer a vision that compels, through a rich understanding of a range of methods and tools and know how to coordinate and deploy them to achieve desired results. You are setting yourself up to new ways of thinking about the problem, which enables innovation and gain’s followership. It’s about creating a strategy and developing the plan to realize it.
A Typical Day:
CXA Design Strategy
Working in close partnership with the Head of Design and Consumer Experience Area Heads/Directors you connect to and translate the business strategy, and integrate a holistic approach to identify the most optimum solution to a given problem
Responsible for the development of branded short to long term, aligned design strategies and roadmaps within the Taste Experience Area,
You clearly communicate with a strategic voice to different audiences through visually compelling presentations, story-telling and workshop facilitation skills.
Integrate, Lead and direct all the diverse required competences within the Design team to realize all relevant Design touch points within the Taste Experience
Responsible for driving the Design Quality agenda (Appeal, FFF, CMF & Usability) of the Taste CXA in collaboration with Subcategory & Competence Design Leads.
Define and execute short- and long-term innovation roadmaps within Design based on known brand and cycle plans.
Lead and direct a Human Centric Design approach to ways of working by deploying Human Touch Design principles.
Scope upstream design projects in a way that can be translated into programs, project plans and activities by Subcategory or Competence Design leads
Ensure the alignment between project objectives and activities taking into consideration a multi-disciplinary perspective and potential implications.
Responsible for agreed yearly Budget and Resource plan for Taste Experience Area.

Bachelor´s degree or Diploma in appropriate field such as Design or Fine Arts.
10+ years of Design work experience.
A proven track record of excellent design performance in previous positions.
Willingness to travel and represent the Design Team.
Fluency in English. Other Asian languages are a benefit.
