You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.

In this role you will support the Digital Care and Review team to deliver a great consumer service experience. The Digital Care and Review Team is the first point of contact when a consumer needs support with their appliances or requires information about product featuring pre or post purchase.

You will be oriented to accelerate Electrolux responses to user generated content such as reviews and product questions.

·  Respond to the questions asked by consumers about our products
·  Interact with consumer by responding to their posts and reviews about our products
·  Personalize the interaction with the consumers by improving their satisfaction
·  Provide solutions that best fits consumers’ needs, giving them fair and balanced advice while taking the opportunity to explore products and solutions that will enhance their ownership experience

·  Graduate or about to graduate
·  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·  Good English level
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
·  Empathetic, good listener with strong attention to details
·  Fluent in Italian and English
·  Knowledge of conversational interfaces such as live chat, SoMe, chatbots and email software, will be considered as a plus
