Digital CX Project Manager
within Consumer Service BA Europe

KCS is a best-practices methodology for managing knowledge and the approved methodology within Electrolux. Digital CX Project Manager will support in implementing this methodology throughout the European countries as well as impacting the processes around self-service support improvements.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting European countries with KCS as a way of working
• Driving adiacent mini-projects related to self-service support portal
• Creating and implementing KCS communication plan across Europe
• Maintaining training materials to support KCS as a way of working 
• Supporting KCS Coaches in KCS adoption

Key requirements:
• Strong project manager able to handle multiple projects/topics simultaneously
• Strong facilitation and analysis skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Organization skills
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Being responsible, hardworking, result-oriented, proactive and accurate
