Your Role
You are part of Ownership Solution function that aims to experiment and scale new value propositions/business models primarily through crowdsourced innovation. In your role, you will lead multiple digital pilots like subscriptions. You will also have an opportunity to work with our Global Digital / IoT product leaders to shape new services, ecosystem for our consumers.
Digital Initiatives: pilot digital initiatives in multiple markets
-Execute consumable subscription pilots across various Asia Pacific markets.
-Enable a Test & Learn practice throughout the projects.
-Drive other digital initiatives like Electrolux Link/QR, Service Card etc.
-Support internal innovation (crowd sourcing) campaign
IoT Initiatives: coordinate digital product launches with Global digital product manager. Be part of product development conversations of Electrolux Life & AEG Home apps.
-Collaborate with Taste, Care & Wellbeing product lines to manage functional deliverables.
-Commercial launch / execution of Digital products in APAC MEA region.
Build digital prototypes, MVPs, and beta features together with our IoT Team
-Manage the Beta community and feedback loop for Electrolux Life app.
-Coordinate commercial launch deliverables/activities with our Global digital product organization.

EDUCATION
You should have a university
degree
Fluent in English (oral
and written)
Scrum or other Agile
certifications (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
(Required) 5 years of
experience leading/building digital ecosystems
(Preferred) Experience
in building subscriptions and platforms
(preferred) Experience
working in a start-up, corporate venture, or a platform company.
