For the Business Area Europe, we are after a passionate and engaged leader to join our European Marketing team as Digital Marketing Director. In this role you will drive Europe-level digital marketing strategies with the main objectives of defining and delivering outstanding digital consumer experiences, as well as you will lead the strategic planning, implementation, testing and optimization of digital marketing investments to drive purchase of our products and consumer lifetime value.

The team
You will lead a dynamic, driven and multicultural team of approx. 20 highly specialized digital marketers spanning across acquisition, conversion and retention marketing. You will have daily interaction with the Global Marketing and Global Consumer Experience functions, and work in close collaboration with the European Sales and Services team and the larger Marketing team. Breaking the Europe region into 9 clusters, you will also as functional digital marketing lead for the Digital Marketing Managers in the clusters and provide guidance in the recruitment and development of digital talent. You will be part of the European Marketing Leadership Team and will report to the SVP Marketing Business Area Europe.  
The location
The role is based in our global headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and you will be travelling across Europe for approx. 20% of the time.   
Key areas of responsibility
Digital Strategy: Define and deliver a digital strategy that drives our marketing activities and supports our ongoing digital transformation initiatives 
Website Design/Development: Set the strategic direction and guide both internal teams and external agencies to deliver new platforms, functionality and features in a fully agile development fashion
Brand and Product Activation: Architect and plan how our brand platforms, product commercial launches and campaigns are delivered through digital channels and provide overall oversight to execution to ensure a true 360 consumer experience
Ecommerce: From a digital marketing perspective you will have a lead role in delivering the ecommerce consumer experience for both our owned channels (direct to consumer ecommerce) and on retailers’ ecommerce sites (including our consumer review strategy and content development) 
Digital Technologies: Provide leadership in the development of a technology stack that supports our outstanding digital consumer experience aims including product information management, asset management, content management and analytics/optimization technologies
CRM: Act as the lead for Marketing in the triangle (also including Consumer Service and Ownership Solutions) managing our major CRM transformation programme (known as ConCent)
KPIs and Analytics: Implement a measurement framework based on experiment and learn principles to drive continuous performance improvements strongly linked to commercial objectives 
Thought Leadership: Act as the go-to authority on digital marketing and digital commerce in the Business Area Europe translating the Global strategy into practice

• University degree in business and/or management 
• 10+ years senior management experience, with proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment 
• Extensive experience in digital marketing in a B2C environment
• Experience in formulating digital strategy and developing digital consumer experiences across search, social media, paid media, web analytics, ecommerce, email marketing, mobile platforms, CRM and online campaign development
• Thorough understanding of digital trends and developments with an ability to formulate how these can impact and benefit Electrolux
• Proven practical experience in applying web metrics, digital testing/experimentation methodologies and optimization strategies
• Strong project management capabilities including conceptualization, driving alignment, resource planning, managing budgets, deadline and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
