POSITION DESCRIPTION:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      Overall

  • Input on digital maturity roadmap

  • Lead VN digital transformation plan

  • Quarterly tracking digital KPI and responsible for KPI delivery


    SEO

  • Keyword strategy (give local input on keyword list)

  • Website content optimization (content translation – regional initiatives and creation – local initiatives)

  • Link optimization (based on regional influencer list, build relationships and earn links)

  • Ensure press release SEO friendly


    Social Media

  • Regional toolbox local amplification with media media

  • Create local content calendar

  • Adjust and optimize local facebook based on performance tracking insights/learnings

  • Social media consumer care: 1) Activate SMCC handling process; 2) Manage consumer enquires/complaints; 3) tracking and recording


    Digital infrastructure

  • PIM/App local input and usage

  • Responsive site local input


    Rating and review

  • Respond to customer reviews when appropriate

  • Execute review collection strategyFeed market-level insight back into business

Minimum Qualification

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate degree in marketing / digital or other related fields

4-5 years working experience in digital/social

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Technology-savvy and passion for digital and social

  • Good understanding of website, search, user-experience design, and social platforms

  • A positive learning and working attitude

  • Attention to details and good project management

  • Ability to learn fast and adapt well in unfamiliar situations

  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly personality 

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

  • Proficient command of English and Vietnamese
