Business Unit - Brand Marketing
Reports To - Marketing Manager Korea

Your Role

Your role as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Korea is tasked to Initiate/Plan/Develop/Deliver 360 marketing campaign in order to achieve the goal of brand build-up, consumer experience enhancement, campaign goal, Improve ROI, conversion drive etc.

Overall strategy and governance
Develop campaign strategy & activities (Awareness / Engage / Conversion).
Plan and Implement 360 marketing campaign (seasonal campaign or new product launch) to build up the brand, to enhance the product positioning and to deliver the business objectives.
Enhance the consumer experience through marketing activation.
Drive conversion in stores and online, working closely with sales team.
BTL creative development (key visuals, digital video, product images, etc) and BTL activity implementation in offline and online.
Develop and operate SNS, SEM, SEO
Media agency management : digital, event etc.
New product launch : Develop the needed assets and implement the launch campaign/activities.
Manage PR activities and the agency.
Manage the corporate/brand partnership to deliver the best-in-class consumer experience and the business objectives.
Lead Consumer Research, working with agencies.
Brand management : Understand brand equity and brand hierarchy. Understand the company brand guideline and the implication to communication materials including product package.
Manage the brand community and enhance the membership experience.
Drive digital campaign activities and digital always-on activities.
Lead CSR activities to deliver the company mission.
Support the team on an ad-hoc bases.
In charge of marketing budget management
Lead paid media transformation, improve media process and capability
Digital activity ROI analytics – including measurement metrics by campaign/activity to ensure tactical view of ROI


PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Passionate about delivering simply outstanding digital consumer experiences.
Extensive experience in digital marketing in social media, paid media, web user experience, digital campaign, consumer lifecycle management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to think in a creative and strategic way, but adept at delivering operationally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across regions and functions.
Ability to learn fast and adapt well in unfamiliar situations.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Manage ROI on the communication investment. Understand effective media mix and lead the media buying agency. Develop the communication strategy including PR and lead the creative agency to come up with a creative communication package.

EDUCATION
University graduate and above.

EXPERIENCE
At least 8+ years of digital marketing experience
Technical Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Good PC software skill(i.e. Excel, PPT etc.)
Well organized and able to multi-task
