You will be responsible for providing our home delivery customers with a remarkable consumer experience. You will liaise with the National Contact Centre and local transport providers to provide quality administrative support to the Distribution team.
A Typical Day
You will be based in the Western Australian Distribution Center and will arrange appliance delivery for Home Delivery and Workshop consumers daily. You will oversee for the recovery of faulty or damaged product from the field and conduct daily checks to ensure Proof of Delivery is completed for all stock movements out of the branch. You will use JDE and RF Smart software.
