Your Role

Formulating strategies for online platform, develop the channel, achieve growth & revenue targets. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and retails sales team to develop online sales and E-commerce promotional plans, campaigns, lead and manage all activities to achieve the online sales target, be responsible for key strategic online channel business development

A Typical Day

  • Taking responsibility of planning and implementing the sales strategy in online channel;
  • Guiding, driving and pushing to achieve the online business target, and ensure to accomplish the annual online sales goal;
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to evaluate Company’s online platforms, process, capabilities and products plan so as to determine short & long term growth opportunities;
  • Collaboration with Marketing team, to plan the online marketing promotion campaign and implement with sales team, evaluate and review the sales driving performance, support and cooperate with other business departments to ensure cross-department & co-work;
  • Define optimal go-to-market plans for new business opportunities in Company’s key strategic online platform (D2C);
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan for account based on company’s direction to attain desired results:
  • Review & analyze the market to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates;
  • Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online profitability and conversion;
  • Formulate, develop and implement online sales strategies and forecast;
  • Lead in formulation as well as negotiation of trading terms in consultation with the Head of Sales;
  • A line manager with 1 directs report

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)


  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in e-commerce platforms; 2 years of which is in a managerial level
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce (trading, merchandising, UX, CRO, SEO)
  • Proficiency with E-Commerce CMS platform, Google Analytics, AdWords and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
