Electrolux Professional started years ago the implementation of the Electrolux Professional System (EPS) aiming at improving all the operative processes through Kaizen/Lean production philosophy., from 2014 EPS has been further developed with reference to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) framework.  You will develop and build a culture of engagement at all levels of the business to create a fertile and receptive terrain for change ensuring operational excellence delivering 

In this position you will have the direct responsibility of the Central EPS team leading the development of the system and its implementation with direct reports of the Central EPS-Lean Trainers. 
To this position will refer also the EPS Pillar communities and the EPS Trainers located in all the different Plants in Europe and Asia.

A regular day at work

Your key operational responsibilities are:
- to develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Sector Management Team and the key business stakeholders;
- to implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement; 
- to develop and update the EPS model also through benchmarking;
- to define, in cooperation with all the different Functions, of the Annual Improvement Plan
- to provide expertise, professional advice and guidance from proven industry practice and methodologies
- to identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction & quality improvement, resources optimization, environment and sustainability improvement;
- to report on progress of the projects, identifying potential risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline and actions necessary to ensure success
- to drive and support the activities needed for the continuous improvement and the EPS implementation;
- to coordinate the EPS development plans of the different Functions-Factories-Suppliers for all the Divisions (Food Service, Laundry, Beverage and Customer Care);
- to undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and to support wider change; 
- to guarantee operative support and coaching for the Kaizen activities;
- to define and control the resources training programs implementing LUTI cycles; 
- to define and realize the internal and external benchmarking plan aiming at transferring the best practices;
- to guarantee, during the EPS implementation, the standardization of tools, techniques and methods between the different Plants and Countries;
- to lead the EPS/WCM Audit at Sector level as a way to check and ensure the EPS implementation level in all the Plants;
- to lead yearly events to sustain the evolution of Electrolux Production System leveraging the necessary managerial aspects in partnership with the Sector Management Team and the key business stakeholders; 
- to monitor quantitatively the activities and assure the release of monthly status.
- to attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
- to produce written reports and presentations
- to ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors developing EPS Health&Safety Pillar and Environment & Sustainability Pillar
- to set department objectives/key performance indicators and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports; ensure relevant on-going learning and development;

Education & Experience

- University degree 
- minimum of 10 years of work experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment) and 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within an international fast-pace organization 
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
