We are looking for an Electronic System Integrator within the Global Fabric/Dish Care R&D. Specifically she/he’ll be part of the Electronic Development team, located in Porcia (PN), Italy.

The Electronic Development team is in charge to develop and maintain the electronic boards for our appliances.

Whether looking at existing products and processes or starting from scratch, you’ll have the freedom to bring your curiosity to work, every day. That might be by looking for way to improve our products on the market, by being innovative with our customer in mind or by brainstorming ideas with colleagues and experts.

You’ll responsible inside an international team to coordinate all activities needed to launch a new electronic project from requirement definition to interaction with external suppliers while keeping track of time frame, cost target and quality level.

Tasks:
•Develop and maintain design guidelines according to standards and technology trends.
•Support the Electronic team staff in keeping up with the gen plan updates and the budget.
•Process technologies scouting.
•Interface other internal R&D teams in the definition & update of approval test plan.
•Interface Procurement and Supplier for new project introduction process.
•Participate in the EMS audit at supplier site during new project introduction.
•Interface Supplier & Plants during new project introduction related activities (ie. ATE, sample builds, CPs, PPAP …).
•Ensure the correct execution of Engineering Change process.
•Collect requirements to define specs for electronic.
•Control project scheduling, risk assessment execution and development costs.
•Lead the evaluation of the cost of electronic boards.
•Manage projects with offshore teams/companies.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
•Experience in HW and/or FW design
•Basic knowledge in analogue, digital and/or power supply electronics
•Basic knowledge and experience in EMC testing
•Knowledge of international Safety standards for household appliances would be a plus
•Excellent spoken and written English language.
