The Group Technology Organization (GTO) is looking for an independent, creative, and open-minded individual to join as an Electronic Testing Coordinator.
You will develop and promote an efficient testing approach into the organization, in agreement with the Lab Competency testing strategies. You will also be part of the team working in a matrix department, building strong and valid relationships with other GTO & R&D functions.
You will be based in Electrolux GTO office in Porcia (PN) almost 1 hour distance from Venice, where we also have the washing machines and dryers production site. In our office you will work together with hundreds of people from different functions, and various nationalities, with the common goal to create the technologies of the future.
Key assignments in this role will be to:
•Develop electronic test plans (HW an SW validation) according to different scenarios, considering priorities and resources.
•Manage laboratory resources (both FTE and instruments), including external consultant companies’ ones.
•Coordinate testing activities in agreement with the different CX areas laboratory references
•Lead and support GTO & R&D stakeholders in defining electronic validation test plan, assessing risks to drive actions, and creating guidelines for Test reports and lab data management, in agreement with Lab Competency test strategies.
•Elaborate and evaluate test results and release official test reports as part of the electronic solution release process
•Keep Quality and time to market as key indicator of the testing performances
•Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic testing management areas.
•Deep Knowledge of HW Validation, including environmental and EMC testing.
•Knowledge of SW validation strategies, in coordination with SW SQA.
•Electronic international standards (IEC, IPC) basic knowledge.
•Knowledge of SixSIGMA tools and methodologies (Design of experiments, Measuring System Analysis). Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
•Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken. Fluent Italian is a plus.
