EMS Change Agent
Electrolux has an ongoing commitment to the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) to provide continuous improvements throughout the plant through standard manufacturing principles, tools and materials
We are seeking a self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual to drive our Electrolux Manufacturing System.
This position is expected to provide leadership, direction and foster a culture of continuous improvement with respect to employees, processes and equipment as applied in CNV.
We are looking for a person with production/engineering experience to join our EMS team.
A Typical Day
1. Championing the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS):
Take actions to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people development.
New methodology and tools Introduction and implementation.
2. Coordinating and conducting EMS Training:
Coaching workshops activities and improvements.
Electrolux Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP/ECIP) training.
Carrying out certification assessments of personnel, yellow and green gear achievements.
3. Conducting site-wide EMS audits:
Compiling progress data and reports for audits.
Eliminating gaps between actual and EMS standard, ensure plant get the target certification.
Regional routine activities:
Regular meeting report preparation and attendance.
Producing articles and publications to promote EMS, both internally and externally.
5. Data Management:
Collecting data in plant level for opportunities recognition and guide improvement direction properly.
Collecting improvements record and create experience database.
Digital transforming to help data statistic easier.
Executing improvement relevant ratings and awards.
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s Internal customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.
In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Hangzhou China on regular working hours and may be required to travel both domestic and international.

For you to succeed in this role, you should be:
Excellentknowledge of Lean Manufacturing with practical experience
Proven ability, passion and teamship/leadership to drive continuous improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
Excellent communication skills forcross-department cooperation.
Fluent English, both written and verbal
Strong sense of responsibility
Passionate and motivated
Strong compression ability
You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part of your career development plan.
You should have a degree in Engineering (or equivalent); preferably you have a Green Gear certification (six sigma).
Experience within Engineering and Production areas (More than 3 years).
Experience in improvement projects management and delivery.
Experience in dealing with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Experience in leading training program for small teams would also be advantageous.
Experience in digital transformation will get the priority.
