European Key Account Manager – Kitchen Retail

In our Major Appliances Business Area Europe, we are after a European Key Account Manager to join the Kitchen Retail organization. This is a brand new opportunity with primary location Stockholm but we are also open to consider other locations for the right profile! 

In this role, you will take our accounts to the next level.
You will be responsible for sales development and achievement of the sales targets of dedicated International key accounts, as well as take the lead towards maximizing the turnover and optimizing the profitability of the accounts at a European level. 

In this role cooperation is key. 
You will interact with many functions within the organization such as the Central teams of Sales, Trade Marketing Operations, Product Line and Marketing. Also, you will have a great chance of building durable relationships outside Electrolux with Key Accounts across Europe.

Thanks to you, Local Key Account Managers and Kitchen Retail Managers located in Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Iberia, Nordics, Switzerland and many more) will receive clear guidance and preferable approaches always respecting different cultures and ways of working that make our organization so unique. 

A regular day at work will include: 
• Steering of National Key Account Managers towards agreed objectives (planning & corrective)
• Coordination of cluster National Key Account Managers to build International Key Account plans
• Input to IKA strategic plan
• Monthly follow-up of own IKA results: financial & non-financial KPIs
• Preparation & formalization of annual IKA negotiations & agreements
• Monthly follow-up with IKA international buyers of IKA results vs agreed targets
• Coordination of IKA specific projects (i.e. CatMan, CRM/SRM, Collaboration Forums, etc…)
• Secure kitchen studio focus by driving store segmentation and active sales force management

Who you are: 
• You have influencing skills in a complex environment 
• You are comfortable operating in the Matrix environment
• You have the capability to drive changes
• You are curious and adaptable to different cultures 
• You are comfortable with travelling frequently, mostly within Europe

Minimum Qualifications: 
• Master’s degree in economics, business management or marketing
• More than 10 years broad consumer and retail sales (ideally kitchen) and trade marketing experience with leading global consumer companies - driving Key Accounts, in a global environment with matrix structures
• Fluent in English, any additional languages will be a plus (German preferably)
• Proven track in Negotiation with Key Accounts
