In this capacity, you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks and support East Asia’s Vice President and Managing Director.
The Executive Assistant responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, arranging the agenda of meetings, and supporting the East Asia VP and Managing Director in preparing reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act minimum guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of East Asia business by providing personalized and timely support to the Vice President and Managing Director.
A Typical Day
You will provide secretarial support to East Asia Vice President and Managing Director
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements – ticketing, visa application, hotel reservation, transportation, coordination of meetings & itineraries, and any other arrangements relating to the trips.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference/video meetings, meeting room reservations and F&B when needed.
Coordinate regional administration documentation and arrange for signatures
Process invoices for submission to Finance on a timely basis.
Handle all business related matters as required by East Asia management team
Coordinate monthly reports for submission to Group Management.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations as and when required.
Handle inquiries from internal/external customers and direct to appropriate individuals
Handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Administrative duties such preparing documents for courier, delivery, stationery, faxing, copying, and binding.
Other duties as assigned
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’ internal and external customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and cluster/region perspective.
In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Bangkok office on regular working hours between 8:30am-5:30pm, Mondays thru Fridays.

You should have a degree in Office Administration, Management or similar
At least 7+ years experience as a Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive handling regional role
