Experience Center Manager

In 2019 we will be opening our new exciting Experience Center across the 3rd and 4th floor at our global HQ in Stockholm. This will be an innovative, agile and collaborative space giving employees and external partners a great opportunity to learn and interact with our Group Purpose, target audiences, key Brands, Products, Communication, and Innovations. We are now looking for a manager to run the daily operations in the Center and ensure it remains inspirational, engaging and updated. In this role you will be reporting to VP Global Brand Development.

A typical day
You will be managing and running the Experience Center. Part of the day to day operations will be to coordinate with the facility, marketing, other stakeholders and the cross-functional governance team to keep the center up-to-date and running. You will proactively be responsible for yearly and day to day planning and execution of content updates and activities together with key area owners and at the same time support yearly and day to day planning and booking of events for internal/external audience’s including innovation area, taste center and town hall area. You will act as spokesperson for the exhibit at a high level at selected events.

Education & experience 
• Bachelor degree in Communication or Marketing field.
• Experience from an event-oriented marketing organization, agency or similar.
• 5-8 years’ experience of planning and executing exhibits and events.
• Experience of driving larger projects as Project Manager.
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience of managing budgets.
