Your Role

As experience centre manager, you will be required to oversee the design of the centre, coach and mentor employees, and monitor inventory. As an expert in sales techniques, you will also be required to book and manage events, attract and secure business.
To ensure success as a experience centre manager, you should ensure the maintenance of processes that work, and the reinvention of procedures that impede sales. Ultimately, a fantastic experience centre manager will liaise with our team of marketing specialists to ensure that our company is a preferred provider within the target audience.

A Typical Day

  • Drive Sales using Experience centre as a tool
  • Book and manage events and demonstrate products to clients
  • Engage with North region channel partners, invite them to demonstrate new product launches
  • Manager day to day operations of Experience and training centre
  • Be able to interpret how the customer thinks and feels and therefore, be able to provide some statistics on sales trends and costumer satisfaction.
  • Ensure experience centre is best in class facility and have all the equipment in good working condition at all times
  • Act as the company experience ambassador for all visitors to the centre, be able to explain and demonstrate features of products
  • Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience centre current with the latest company product innovations
  • Work closely with the local salesforce to follow up on leads, new project opportunities that have been generated by the centre
  • Coordinate with Public relations and social media teams to leverage marketing and event activity to build brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities
  • Manage the budget for the experience centre

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

  • Graduate with MBA -Marketing preferable
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in event planning and /or show room management
  • Proven track record in marketing communications and or/sales role in a retail and/or showroom environment
  • Must be highly organised and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects
  • Public speaking and/or event coordination experience
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated flair for design is a plus
