As a key member of Plant Management Team, The HR Business Partner collaborates with management in order to enable business to deliver strategy and make a measurable difference in employee engagement and development and to translate business requirements into HR processes and systems to achieve business results. You will be working daily with senior leaders and line managers to provide people solutions that can help their organization grow.
A Typical Day
Support HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, anticipating recruitment needs, etc.
Drive a High Performing Team culture.
Coach, challenge/support Line Managers in their role on people-related processes.
Support delivery of the people strategy within Plant and drive business results through identification and development of targeted HR intervention to deliver on plant performance.
Work with Organizational Development and Organizational change.
Drive corporate "Our Electrolux" for HR, acting as the "face of HR" for all business specific issues.
Review Management Information (trends/analysis) provided by HR Services and business reporting and identify trends/issues for discussion and action with Line Managers.
Formulate partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives.
work with IndOPs HRBP to ensure Industrial Relations are managed in accordance to business needs with respect of local country rules.
responsible to ensure the right capabilities for the future by implementing the Group and HR processes, tools and policies while supporting Line Managers in the Plant.
To support managers to engage their employees around the values, strategy and objectives and ensure employees welfare
Take project leadership for human resource initiatives. You will be encouraged to drive HR projects within your county or regionally.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related filed.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience as a professional or as a manager in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge and Experience in manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and Experience in HR management.
Demonstrate Passion for Business: Understand business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Managers. Work with Managers to understand future requirements and act upon them.
A solid track record working within HR functions, proving being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs.
