Your Role

Together with the In-house technicians, you will be managing the network of Authorised Service Contractors (ASC) to provide after-sales services to our end consumers.

This role will work closely with other functions within the Ownership Solutions team to provide best in class after sales services to the consumers.

One is expected to constantly be evaluating and improving on existing processes.


A Typical Day

·         Ensure that after sales field operational support are up and running smoothly.

·         Act as an escalation channel for both ASCs and internal stakeholders requiring repair services.

·         Conduct onsite visits to evaluate staff /machines.

·         Manage and assign jobs for Inhouse Technicians.

·         Handle and manage front desk walk in escalation cases.

·         Target focused and goal oriented -Ensure that key operational objectives are met.

·         Understand field operations and have previous experience managing field operations

·         Technically inclined

·         Possess a diploma/degree

·         Competence with Microsoft Office
