For our Business Area Europe, as part of the PoM (Peace of Mind) Controlling team, we are after a Finance Project Manager reporting to the PoM controller. You will be an active part of the team and be instrumental to drive the financial visibility for PoM. In this role your main focus areas will be driving P&L visibility for spares and services sold through D2C and B2B channels. You will be working closely with controlling, the shared service center, IT and clusters to implement the end to end processes designed.

This is a full-time permanent role preferably based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!

A regular day at work

This role requires a good understanding of the Finance and controlling processes (both “current processes” and “to be” processes) and an excellent ability to drive stakeholders to a common result. 

The means and the vision for an improved financial visibility are there and in this role, you will structure the transformation roadmap, coordinate the development of European controlling ways of working for PoM and be responsible for ensuring the pace of the transformation.

The role includes planning and coordinating key project milestones such as workshops, user acceptance tests and steering committees; creating content to communicate on the roadmap and project status to senior stakeholders as well as to key users; and ensuring resources and scope are secured to deliver transformation in a timely manner.

You are responsible for following the progress and implementation of centrally aligned use cases during their technical development process which are organised in an agile methodology, as well as working closely with countries and users of these processes to drive and support adoption.

“Can do” mentality. You like to scout and deliver on process and tool support for both an outstanding consumer experience as well as delivering commercial solutions to our consumers

Minimum requirements

• Masters degree in a relevant field such as business or finance

• 5 years related work experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and horizontal leadership

• Project management planning and/or continuous improvement experience

• Thorough knowledge of business processes and operations in the Controlling area

• Experience in the international rollout of large SAP / CRM projects or experience as key/super user for relevant applications preferred

• Comfortable to work in a team/office/virtual environment as well as works autonomously
