Electrolux North America, Inc., a $5 billion manufacturing and sales subsidiary of AB Electrolux, is seeking a Finance Support Analyst for Electrolux Major Appliances. This role provides support to the Commercial Finance Channel Lead(s) by providing valuable insight on a daily basis to the financial position of the Multi-Customer Channels.  He/She will take day-to-day direction from the Finance Analyst or Manager and will funnel information through the finance organization to the various business organizations, ensuring one consistent approach/method is used across the sector.


  • Manages and validates customer support claims and vendor payments
  • Drives process improvement and standardization amongst Multi-Customer Channels – to include PO Management,
  • Documentation, Implementing and Managing a Document Retention system
  • Communicates with vendors regarding claims, disputes, and information requirements as needed
  • Cross-departmental collaboration during close & forecast periods
  • Analyzes data and creates reports as needed
  • Prepares journal entries and recurring account reconciliations as needed
  • Communicates with sales team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer claims
  • Interfaces with Sales, Marketing and Finance counterparts to ensure attainment of monthly financial targets
  • Assists as needed with Internal and External Audits

Minimum Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance related field


  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts
  • Ability to work in Excel with complex formulas (IF statements, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Unquestionable business ethics and integrity
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated / Driven / Proactive approach to business needs
  • Effective communicator with proven success at all levels of business communication
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is motivated, flexible and works well in a team and multi-functional environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines and adjust project and tasks accordingly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge a plus
