For our Business Area North America, as part of the IT Consumer & Customer Solutions Team, we are seeking a CRM Functional Applications Analyst who will report directly to the IT Senior Manager, Consumer Solutions. We welcome your strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with your solid business acumen and focus on delivery, ability to influence, and passion for continuous improvement.

In your role, you will be an active part of the team and instrumental in helping us apply business skills and system expertise in SAP CRM and SAP C4C to define system requirements, design and prototype solutions and implement them in collaboration with IT vendors and Electrolux team members. This will include testing, training, and supporting the applications post go-live. With a solid technical understand of SAP CRM and SAP C4C, you will work alongside technical resources on the team to configure and implement solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in design workshops, configure SAP in most optimum manner, work with developers, drive testing, train the trainers, and transition post-live support.
  • Mentor and work with application support and offshore teams.
  • Configuration of SAP CRM 7.0
  • Configuration of SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud application(s).
  • Have good understanding and experience in production support processes.
  • Ability to manage and coach the production support team to meet SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting of complex support issues that the regular support team cannot handle.
  • SAP CRM Interaction Center including Complaints, Service Orders, and Email Inbox.
  • SAP CRM Web User Interface with Sales of Service Contracts, Pricing and Vertex taxes.
  • SAP CRM Service with Warranty Management and Work Order processing.
  • SAP CRM Sales with Accounts & Contacts, Opportunity/Quotation & Order Management.
  • Architect Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems including SAP BW, JDE etc.
  • Expertise in ABAP/4, SAP UI5, OData, JSON, SAP CRM Web UI, GENIL, BOL and Fiori programming. JavaScript a plus.
  • Translation of Functional requirements to the Technical team of ABAP and BSP developers for custom programs, routines, SmartForms, ABAP Query.
  • Positive and Regression Testing of SAP applications.
  • Guide and Train Business Users on release/use of new solutions.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Mechanical/Electrical), or related field.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, enhancement, deployment, maintenance and support of SAP systems across CRM, C4C and ECC.
  • Implemented more than 2 SAP CRM and C4C projects.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC. No telecommuting.
  • Able to work with other team members in US and offshore team members.
