GDPR Data Protection Specialists – Krakow (Poland)

We are looking for 3 GDPR Data Protection Specialists to join a new team being formed in Krakow. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the EU regulation introduced earlier this year containing provisions and requirements pertaining to the processing of the personal data of individuals. 

You will work closely with management, legal teams, Group IT and a wide range of other functions in the Electrolux Group to assure we work in a way that ensures individual and customer information security. The team will work to support processes ensuring that Electrolux operates in compliance with GDPR regulations. 

The GDPR Specialist’s primary role is to work closely with Electrolux GDPR governance teams in responding to personal data requests, supporting and maintaining the data content of the toolset used to record compliance and generally responsible for operational aspects of the GDPR compliance process. This will include executing searches, tool implementations and process improvements to evolve the company’s data protection capabilities.


You will

• Play a key role in execution of GDPR strategy in Electrolux EMEA 
• Engage stakeholders and business partners as needed to communicate GDPR objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress 
• Implement the mechanisms necessary to retrieve, review or remove personal data
• Serve as the contact point for Group DPO on data subject access requests
• Build relationship with local DPO departments
• Responsible for operational implementation of EU GDPR requirements relating to external data transfers area at Electrolux on the group level, e.g.  reporting and system changes
• Monitor the progress and SLAs for data subjects’ requests     
• Own Continuous Improvement program for GDPR processes and tools 
• Manage the delivery of technical tools to be used in the GDPR process (e.g. OneTrust, ServiceNow etc)

- Familiar with company IT internal process and tools preferred.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors is considered as an advantage
- Work experience in ServiceNow & OneTrust is a plus 
- Excellent English both written and spoken is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred 
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
