The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. CIO Office Coordinator – Stockholm, Sweden
As a member of the Group Solutions & CIO Office team, the CIO Office Coordinator is a highly committed and reliable talent, who wants to gain experience in supporting the operational functions of the business. In this role, you will be working closely with the VP Group Solutions & CIO Office, the leadership team, and various stakeholders around the globe. This role is an excellent growth opportunity that combines both gaining a deep knowledge of the business and developing strong professional communication skills.
You will be part of the Group IT organization and the position will be based in our global headquarters in Stockholm. We have a truly international environment with 70+ nationalities under the same roof!
A regular day at work:
As a member of the Group Solutions & CIO Office team you will:
•Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
•Coordinate arrangements for stakeholders for various meetings, including virtual
•Write and reply to communication in the correct tone and on brand for appropriate audiences, while including relevant stakeholders
•Attend meetings to take protocols and ensure effective recording of decisions on behalf of the VP and the leadership team
•Assemble and create presentations and documents required by the VP to attend meetings, in accordance with the Electrolux visual brand identity
•Analyze various sets of data relevant to the business
•Support in a variety of projects and initiatives on a global scale, as well as the delivery of the Group Solutions & CIO Office strategy

Education & experience:
The position requires:
•Bachelor’s degree on any academic discipline with a passion for IT.
•1-2 years of administrative, communications or project management experience.
•Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
•Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
•Great problem-solving skills
•Excellence in MS-Office suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken

•Learning experience within 14 months
•Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 28,500 gross salary per month
