IT Junior Business Analyst
One of the core elements of Electrolux’ strategy is to capitalize on the tremendous digitalization opportunities through embracing new technology/IoT, for example by connected appliances, a digital manufacturing and closer end-consumer relationships. These key development areas offer a huge opportunity to enable a digital interaction between consumers, customers and suppliers.
For our Business Area Europe, in the IT team we are after a Junior IT Business Analyst to manage the further development of the EBusiness B2B tools. You will be a key IT contact points for the EBusiness organization in Europe, working closely with the business to help, define and implement changes for the business area. This entails both rolling out new solutions as well as help the business organization understand how to leverage technology in the best way to innovate and simplify the Electrolux business.
You will work very closely with the business either in new initiatives but also strongly contribute to continue improvement of existing solutions to ensure that you’re creating brand loyalty for life. This role will give the possibility to manage the relationship with our key users in a smart and effective way and introduce new way of working. The Ecommerce B2B solutions cover an area that is located across different functions and channels such as Electrical retailers, Kitchen retailers but also Customer Service. The Ecommerce B2B solutions are used in 28 different countries across Europe and encompass a suite of applications such as an in-house B2B solution but also a direct connect solution accessible to our customers via the Tradeplace platform.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong understanding of EBusiness sales processes and IT aspects as well as have an innovative and collaborative mind-set. You will be independently driving and organizing the activities required to execute the agreed plan from IT point of view, keeping a mix between a strategic understanding of long-term vision with hands on operational implementation tasks.
This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office! You should expect travelling mainly across Europe for approx. 10% of the time once it will be allowed. If Stockholm is not your preferred location it is also possible to be based either in Senlis (France) where the main pool of the team is located or in Brussels. Choosing these locations would however mean that you could lose out on interactions with you interns peers as well as other opportunities only available in Stockholm.
A regular day at work:
•Assist in the further development and enhancement of the Ecommerce platform for B2B.
•Ensuring the alignment with the EluxOne blueprint with the business process requirements.
•Working closely with the rest of the IT Europe team members in order to get an integrated and standardised global solution.
•Creating and updating the documentation of the Ecommerce B2B Solution.
•Being in touch with the local businesses in order to understand their requirements and fulfil them in a proper way according to the IT Europe principles and the pre-defined global solution.
•Further developing the functional designs related to the sales Ecommerce B2B area based on new business requirements, preparing functional specifications, giving the needed instructions to the development team, testing the product results, configuring and customizing the needed set ups and ensuring getting a successful and professional global result according to the business and legal requirements.
•Training the key users in order to transfer them the knowledge to monitor properly the Ecommerce B2B processes.

The position requires:
•A university degree within business administration/computer engineering/computer science background.
•Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
•Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
•Have project management experiences that involve cross-functional collaboration.
•Good presentation skills
•Excellence in MS-Office suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken
It’s a plus to have:
•Knowledge/experiences in SAP Sales ECC
•Skill in Visual studio, .Net, Ms SQL Server
