THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in the Global Operations Process team, which creates and facilitates work around processes across Food Preservation Globally. The team is managed by Global Cooling System Manager. The team focuses on development of new technical solutions. It is also one of the main actors in supporting the development of new Product Ranges in all Regions.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
To contribute to the team goals, you will:
•Develop technical solution on Cooling System Components (New technical requirements; Quality Improvements; Manufacturing requirements)
•Evaluate and improve technical specification and test methods
•Interact with global suppliers on Quality and Cost needs
•Partially act on testing lab to evaluate new technical solutions or new settings
•Collaborate with System Engineering on Functional Symulation

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
•You are a graduating student or recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamic Engineering
•You have experience or exhibit skills on the following: Product development, project management, stakeholder management, process management, facilitation and presentation
