THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in the Steam Technology Organization team, part of Global R&D Food Preparation. As Steam Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design & development of existing and new steam component/module/system. Additionally, analyses technical solutions with suppliers, factory and Quality. Works autonomously, follows and improves existing guidelines and procedures. Finds and applies the best approach to understand and solve technical issues detected on the market.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
To contribute to the team goals, you will:
•Run on-demand analysis and assessment of processes and tools and define improvement activities.
•Design new mechanical and/or electronic product components.
•Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
•Collect and analyze customer feedback, based on the data from company quality reporting systems.
•Develop and continuous improve our Technical Specifications (CSS, TM, DG) related to Module Area.
•Have an active role, within the team, to find the best technical ideas and solutions, in order to improve the product quality and optimize product costs.
•Validate functionality, performance and reliability of component/module/system by means of experimental and numerical tests.

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
•You are a graduating student or recent graduate of Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, or similar fields
•You have experience or exhibit skills on the following: electro-mechanical component and system development, robust design tools, stakeholder management.
