THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in the Global Food Preservation Purchasing Organization team, part of Global Purchasing Organization. You will be responsible of supporting some commodities activities in dedicated platform/component families together with purchasing colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders on current business and new projects for strategic fit in our products. Additionally, analyses solutions with suppliers, for optimization of our component range and/or standardization.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
To contribute to the team goals, you will:
•Actively contribute inside global organization on the daily job with purchasing team and suppliers
•Work inside new architectures / products for new components /supplier selection
•Learn our internal processes and tools for component management and benchmark methodology
•Have an active role, within the team, to improve the product quality and optimize product total costs, including internal assembly cost.
•Actively propose strategic guidelines for supplier/ and component development.

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
•You are a graduating student (Master Degree) or recent graduate of Engineering, or similar fields with courses in Math, Physics, and eventually AI would be a plus.
•You have advanced English written and spoken
•You have experience or exhibit skills on the following: stakeholder management.
