THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
To contribute to the team goals, you will:
•The person we look for will be a key player in the development and maintenance of quality management system for Q Business Area Europe.
•He/she will take care of track current procedures in place in each of the 15 European plants, to understand commonalities and differences.
•With this knowledge, he/she will then develop the common procedures, for selected key processes, for all Q BA EU sites; this will be crucial to assure smooth and clear application of rules and standards within our Q organization in all Europe.
•As next development, this person could then take the leading role of system auditor, contributing to assure that plants are compliant with BA EU Q system.

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
You are a graduating student or recent graduate of industrial engineering, business administration, communication & journalism.
You are fluent in English. Advanced Italian and/or Advanced Polish could be an advantage
You have experience or exhibit skills on the following:
•PC User skills
