Our Logistic Team in Ljungby is growing and we are looking for a new colleague to join our team.
We offer a challenging position and for you to work locally on a global market as a Global Logistics Freight Operations Specialist.

Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
•Coordinate sea, freight shipments and transport arrangements
•Secure and follow up closely on complaints, discrepancies and damages
•Ensure BL copy from carriers are received and controlled to promptly insure payment processing
•Inform contract manager if there is no contract rate for the received BL copy 
•Liaise closely with carriers and consignees for checking and resolving the dispute and discrepancies that may occur
•Resolve disputes and/or queries from carriers and/or consignee or freight payment team related to freight invoices
•Issue freight invoice to Consignee (Elux Freight payer entity)
•Generate and send invoice report to consignees (Elux Freight payer entities) 
•Cross-check statement of accounts with carriers' finance team to ensure no huge outstanding to avoid shipment on hold. Identify possible missing BL and secure payment processing
•Check and maintain/resolve billing system VS TM contract rates
•Setup logistics agreement/bank details for new carrier/customer as required
•Setup billing and payment process for new carrier as required

You:
Self-starter - You can work independently without detailed directions.
Analytical – Strong and comprehensive skills to see patterns and draw conclusion from data.
Good communicator - Excellent verbal and written communications.
Networker - Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions within and outside the organization.
To be successful in this role we think you have a background in economics and that you understand the value of customer service. Keeping track of multiple projects at the same time is also something you like. You thrive in a multi-cultural environment. It is a plus if you have experience in logistics and/or sales.
