The European Loyalty marketing team is looking for an intern to work alongside our Outbound communications marketing manager. In this role, you will be assisting in the creation & activation of best in class outbound communications be it for on-boarding consumers to their new appliances, gathering post interaction product reviews or developing a life-time communication plan. Electrolux is on a journey from delivering mass email communication to personalized and relevant interactions in an omnichannel environment.
The role reports to the European Head of Loyalty Marketing.
Alongside Outbound communications the role offers possibilities to be involved in other areas of Loyalty marketing, projects related to consumer On-boarding and services that ensure a continued product use provide a great learning environment for an ambitious team player.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
Outbound communications: Assisting with the creation and campaign activation of outbound communication tailored to various consumer segments - product owners, site visitors, loyalists/advocates, newsletter subscribers, & more through (SAP Marketing cloud) our outbound marketing platform.
Campaign follow up: Work alongside the Outbound communication manager and the CRO manager to analyze the performance of our campaigns.
Agency management: Liaise with an external agency for the creation of campaign collateral, provide delivery transparency to internal stakeholders and ensure on time campaign activation.
Project management: Drive projects in Loyalty marketing areas outside outbound marketing as agreed with the Head of Loyalty.

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
1+ years of experience in a multinational marketing / sales function at a brand/retailer with a relevant educational degree.
