MarTech Data Operations Analyst (Internship)

THE GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Electrolux Global Internship program aims to build talent pipeline and increase diversity within the company by promoting challenging internship experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working in the Consumer Technology team, part of IT APAC & MEA. As MarTech Data Operations Analyst, you will be working with marketing technology tools, visualization, analysis and marketing data segmentation.
 
 A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

To contribute to the team goals, you will:
Create, maintain and analyze marketing related digital analytics dashboards for web, retail, email, multi-channel campaign and other marketing platforms/systems covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data;
Design and maintain data tagging, data model, data dictionary, API specification of marketing technologies;
Coordinate and maintain common KPIs and metrics across the marketing technology tools and agencies;
Automate recurring data operations and segment data for marketing campaigns and optimizations;
Conduct analyses, visualize data, and generate insights for both ad-hoc and recurring marketing reporting needs, using flexible templates;
Improve existing report templates, including look and feel, layout, and data visualizations;
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, data engineers, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders;

WHO YOU ARE

A scientifically minded person with an appreciation for design;
Analysts by the heart who dominates the dashboards and has charts ready to tell a story;
Knows that insights are more important than figures. Loves the data but more in love with knowing the consumer;
Honest personality who cares less about opinions but only listen to what the data says;
Experience with Statistical Software, Web & Customer Data Analytics, and Data Visualization;
Intermediate experience with programming language and database querying;
Familiar with market research, segment analysis, consumer behavior and marketing channels;

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

You are a graduating student (Master Degree) or recent graduate of Marketing, or similar fields.
You have advanced English written and spoken
Experience with the following a plus: Digital analytics (such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), CMS and e-commerce fundamentals; Digital marketing strategies (email, SEO, SEM, social, etc.) and associated metrics/KPIs; Familiar with ETL software, DBMS, scripting/query languages; Statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing; Agile/scrum methodology.
