Your role
Your overall responsibility within Learning and Development lays in the areas of investigation, development and execution of global learning and development programs, initiatives and activities. You are responsible for designing, creating and delivering high quality learning aligned with the overall company strategy and business needs. As a Learning Manager you will, together with the rest of the team, be the center of expertise, when it comes to learning methodology and support our business areas and functions in their development initiatives.

Have a look at some of your responsibilities
•Collect global competence gaps and learning needs
•Find various innovative ways of addressing learning needs and improve performance
•Develop and launch new training programs in the most efficient way 
•Update and improve existing training programs to meet the business needs and strategy
•Cooperate with and learn from external schools and partners
•Cooperate with Suppliers for new learning opportunities
•Vendor management and negotiations
•Advise managers and employees on global learning opportunities to meet individual development needs

•Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
•Experience from Project Management and Change Management
•Experience from working in an international environment
•Knowledge of principles and techniques of instructional design 
•Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (ppt, xls, doc)
•Fluency in English
