Process Implementation & Kaizen Responsible

Objective

· Drive the proposal and implementation of common processes part of the GR&D Food Preparation Management System

· Enable cross regional and cross functional practices identification, use and continuous improvement

· Ensure implementation and compliancy of his/her organization towards ISO 9001/14001 standards

· Identify and support Kaizen-Continuous improvement initiatives

 

Key responsibilities

· Ensure constant improvement of R&D processes and their IT tools, including EPM deliverables and Product-Lifecycle-Management-Systems (PLM)

· Lead projects aiming to implement common & global business processes within GR&D Food Preparation

· Support the R&D organization in governing and improving the Global IQ&EMS (Integrated Quality & Environmental Management System)

· Coordinate & run in his/her region the internal audits connected to the Global IQ&EMS

· Spread best practices cross the team

· Monitoring our project management quality with EPM Scorecard where is applicable

· Auditing Checkpoints and Technical Design Previews where is applicable

· Ensure alignment and standardization of PLM / CAD - software across GR&D Food Preparation or regions

· Promote and inspire a Kaizen mindset in R&D organization

· Identify a potential leverage of Kaizen activities cross-team (Kaizen monitoring by a scorecard)

· Optional Responsibilities:

- Driving and maintain a continuous review of R&D Excellence definitions and activities

- Secure central initiatives fit to GR&D cooking business requirements

- Precision in launch
