We are now looking for a Global
Product Portfolio Manager to
support development of a successful strategy based on deep understanding of
market, competitors and business dynamics, ensuring that we develop innovative
consumer products in close connection with Business Areas. Your category of
products will be centering TASTE area. This category is quickly transforming
thanks to global trends.
In this role you will be part of Electrolux global Taste Consumer Experiences organization, and part of SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) team reporting to the Acting Global Product Portfolio Director SDA, working full-time in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!
Your everyday challenge
•Support development of the global product category Strategic Plan as part of the overall Taste Strategy and give input to the Technology Roadmap
•Global generation Plan based on consumer insights, business needs, market development and aligned with BAs
•Build strong consumer centric experiences leveraging on insight and trends and developing effective claims
•Driving cross BAs opportunities assessment and creating the business case and support the cross BAs execution
•Analyze market and business including competitor and benchmarking
•Propose best practice example working closely with BAs and contribute in identifying new business models
•Support and drive cross functional cooperation for operational excellence
•Owner of product life cycle – cradle to grave: opportunities, concepts, specs, profitability, phase-in/phase-out

Team player. You have exceptional collaboration skills, proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners
•Academic degree in business and/or technical field
•6-8 years of experience in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development with international exposure
•Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities
•Experience within the food or taste industry/business is considered as a strong plus
