To do so we are now looking for a talented Global Senior Brand PR Manager.
In this role you will be the orchestrator of our global brand PR initiatives as well as being the go-to person and expert consultant on PR matters to our colleagues around the world. We are in the midst of building and deploying a truly globally consistent and engaging brand communication framework worldwide as of 2022; so the stage is set – now we need to deliver a systematic approach around PR within this framework.
We have already decided that better use, understanding and deployment of PR as a spearhead to drive brand purpose and conviction is key to our future success so you will have a platform to build on.

The job goes beyond PR campaigns. This is a job for you that want to strategize, envision whilst also not losing the eye on the ball until you see execution in market. We are looking for a PR expert, conviction driven, with a curious mindset to be on top of the latest and greatest in Brand PR.
To be successful in this you need to value the term of ‘over communication’, we are large enterprise with key regional markets that needs to come onboard for you to be successful. This takes resilience as well as the general interest in connecting, listening, and finding the sweet spot between creative stretch to realization of an initiative at scale. You do not let go before you see a great initiative executed. Ideas are great but only if they fly.
In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the general development of what PR means for us at Electrolux Group and the role within Global Brand. Here is an opportunity in setting a standard and sharing your vision and expertise to build mirroring capabilities in our regional marketing teams.
Your main tasks:
•The Global Senior Brand PR Manager is a representative of the business and an embodiment of its messages and its core categories which we communicate as ‘Taste’, ‘Care’ & ‘Wellbeing- You will communicate those messages in the clearest and most concise manner, bringing about a positive outlook on the business especially to external partners, influencers, stakeholders, and ultimately and foremost our consumers.
•Creativity is a necessity for excellent performance of the Global Senior PR Manager’s role. The successful candidate must be capable of developing relevant but creatively compelling messages that address the consumers’ interests. In addition, the Global Senior PR Manager’s will have the ability to work with researchers in the development of creative and innovative PR strategies and tactics that ensures the business and product a competitive edge

•You will work alongside colleagues to spar and support you along the way. You will have a budget from the inset to plan around.
•This role will report to the Global Head of The Electrolux Brand in the Global Brand department to lead and support you as you take on this exciting challenge
•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or any other related field.
•7+ years of experience on a progressive PR position of a fast moving and dynamic business environment, preferable in a larger enterprise context. In addition to this, a suitable candidate will have had proven and successful experience in planning and managing senior stakeholders to acquire buy-in and traction of execution.
•Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate complex PR plans and strategies and in successfully executing them.
•Skills and genuine interest in research and analysis of current PR trends that will keep the business eat par with competing businesses in the market.
•Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
